Hello.

I’m a copy editor and writer with over a decade of experience working across culture, publishing, and research-driven environments.

My editorial foundation was formed in museum publishing and digital strategy, including several years at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, where I worked across the publications and digital strategy departments for the de Young and Legion of Honor.

Alongside my editorial practice, I’ve authored essays and articles on contemporary art, climate change, and digital humanities, and have presented research internationally, including through Goldsmiths, University of London’s Curating the Contemporary program in Rome. These experiences continue to inform how I approach writing and editing, with close attention to audience, context, and a diversity of perspectives.

My work now spans arts institutions, journalism, and technology. I’ve edited and written for organizations including the American Folk Art Museum, UC Berkeley, and nonprofits, as well as corporate and research teams producing complex, time-sensitive content. I currently serve as a copy editor at a data-driven research firm, where I oversee editorial workflows, edit technical reports, and develop internal style guides to support consistency and compliance at scale.

I’m especially interested in how editorial systems function—or fail. I focus not only on refining language, but on strengthening the processes behind it, including version control, collaboration, accessibility, and bias-aware editing that reflects the values of the orgs I support.

I hold an M.A. in Museum Studies, a B.A. in History of Art and Visual Culture, and a Specialized Certificate in Copyediting from UC San Diego.

I help teams prepare to publish. Let’s work together.
